Refund Policy, effective 4/11/2023: Processing fees will no longer be refunded in the event you request a refund and made your payment through Square (credit card). Thank you for your understanding in this matter that Square has implemented.

One Dog – $50.00/Daily (INCLUDES Day Care and Overnight)

Three Dogs – $130.00/Daily (INCLUDES Day Care and Overnight)
Our $50.00 charge is a flat fee per 24 hours. Due to pick ups only during PM hours, a DAYCARE FEE will be added for the day you pick up. The amounts are listed under DAYCARE FEES.
$50.00 deposits are required for all holidays listed on our website calendar. They must be paid within 24 hours and are non-refundable if reservation is cancelled within 72 hours of arrival. NOTED UNDER TERMS AND CONDITIONS THAT YOU SIGNED UPON CREATION OF ACCOUNT.

WHAT TO PROVIDE
- QUICK RELEASE COLLARS ARE required for all dogs. No harnesses, pronged collars, chains, belt replicated collars allowed on yard.
- If your dog PREFERS their own bedding, crates, or slow feeder bowls please bring them.
- If your dog requires medication during their stay, please provide pill pockets and medication MUST be in original packaging. Starting, January 1, 2024 a medication fee will be charged of $1 per medication/supplements administered per medication per administration. This will be added to your booking and expected to be paid at drop off.
- All food MUST be individually portioned and bagged per meal for length of stay. Only label with dogs name if more than one dog boarding in the same kennel. When packaging meals, please include 2 extra bags of food for unexpected changes.
- We don’t feed breakfast to any dog on arrival day, feed them at home.
We dont feed dinner on departure day, feed them at home.
Separate kennels are required if dogs have food aggression towards a sibling. - Should your pet’s stay be prolonged due to any circumstances, notify us immediately. We will provide the necessary food and accommodations available. An additional charge will be incurred.
