REQUIRED VACCINATIONS

- Bordetella
- Rabies
- Distemper
- Parvo

* All dogs over 1 year must be spayed/neutered.

* All dogs 4 months of age and older must remain current with Rabies Vaccine.

TEMPERAMENT ASSESSMENT

Temperament test ARE REQUIRED PRIOR TO THE FIRST BOARDING BOOKING and will be given at first visit to kennel. This is considered a full day of daycare.

Failure of test will result in you being notified to pick up your dog.

NO boarding bookings will be accepted until after the daycare temperament test has been passed.

Emergency Contacts- must be someone we can reach who is available in the event an emergency occurs while your dog is under our care.

Paws on Potter is staffed year round with the exception of two weeks. TBA
